Hey there! We're Squarely Creative — a design membership built by and for Squarespace designers. Below is the need-to-know stuff so we’re all on the same page.

1. What You’re Signing Up For

By joining Squarely, you get access to:

• Custom Design Reviews (1 site/month)

• Monthly Trainings

• Resource Library

• Slack Community Access

We’re always evolving — but that’s the core of what’s included for now.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• Your membership is billed monthly via MoonClerk.

• You can cancel anytime, and you’ll retain access through the end of your billing period.

• No refunds are given for partial months, unused features, or past payments.

3. Design Review Submissions

• One personalized review video (3–5 minutes) with actionable suggestions per month

• Reviews are typically delivered within 3–4 business days (usually Tuesdays/Thursdays).

• Use it or lose it — reviews don’t roll over from month to month.

4. Community Expectations

This is a safe and supportive space. We ask that you:

• Be kind and constructive.

• Respect different levels of experience.

• Don’t pitch or promote without permission.

We reserve the right to remove members who go against these values — no drama, just keeping it a good vibe.

5. Content Use

Everything shared inside Squarely — trainings, reviews, templates, and community convos — is for your personal use only. Don’t resell, repost, or redistribute.

6. Tech Stack

We use:

• MoonClerk for payments

• Slack for community + deliverables

• Google Drive for tutorials + resources

7. This is a Work in Progress

We’re in early access mode — that means we’re learning and improving as we go. Things might shift, but we’ll always aim to communicate clearly.
